Owing to OAT-wide financial policies, all of our payment systems, including school meals, trips/visits and the purchase of equipment/ties, operate via a cashless system, run by iPayimpact. We are unable to take cash/cheque/credit card payments.
All students are set up with a cashless account (for parents to access to pay/top up credit) and a PIN (to use at the canteen to pay for food/drink items purchased) within their first day or two at the Academy.
Funds for the purchase of food/drink items from the canteen, via student PIN, must first be added to student accounts, online, by a parent/carer; this can be accessed via the Cashless Payment Website, using the login details provided when the child joined the Academy.
Students entitled to Free School Meals will automatically have their allowance added to their account, DAILY, to ensure that they are able to purchase their meal, using their PIN.
If you are unable to log on to your child’s account, or have a query in relation to it, please contact Mrs N Logan , our Director of Finance, who will endeavour to assist you.
To pay for a trip/activity for your child, you will use the same account, selecting the specific item from the list of payable items listed as options for him/her. Again, if you have any queries in relation to payment for a trip, purchase of a tie/basic stationery kit or similar, please contact Mrs N Logan , our Director of Finance, who will endeavour to assist you.
