Our governors regularly visit the Academy and meet, both as a committee and, individually, with members of staff and students. Governor training is overseen by our sponsor, Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT) and, along with staff and Senior Leadership at OSA, day-to-day monitoring is a shared responsibility.
