Suffolk County Council is committed to ensuring that as many school-aged children as possible have access to the programme of vaccinations reccomended by the NHS and entrusts the coordination of the immunisation of its school-age children to the NHS Hertfordshire and East Anglia community and school-age immunisations service.
The Academy regularly hosts the Immunisation Team for vaccination clinics, from year 7 upwards; parents are always advised of the opportunity and are required to provide their consent via the team’s online portal.
