Mrs. Barry is pleased to announce that our annual dance company workshop and auditions will be taking place on Tuesday – 17th September. For those students who don’t know, we have 2 dance companies here at the academy, named ‘Verve’ and ‘Elevate’ which are aimed at developing skills in our most able dancers. Anyone is welcome to audition. Even if you are unsure, come along, give it a go, and if you aren’t enjoying the process you don’t have to continue to the audition stage of the workshop.
The workshop (learning the routine) and performing for the audition will all take place on the same day. If you would like to come along you don’t need to sign up, you just need to arrive at S2 in the curve, ready to dance at 3.30pm on Tuesday 17th. We will be finished by 5pm latest.
