Year 10 Geography Field Trip, Walton on the Naze

We are delighted to inform you of a forthcoming opportunity for our Year 10 GCSE Geography students to take part in a field study trip as part of their GCSE Geography course.
The purpose of the day is to study the coastal processes and landforms along this stretch of coastline. Students will be using a range of field techniques to observe and collect data that will be analysed on our return. Whilst in Walton we are hoping to climb the Naze Tower, where visitors can enjoy spectacular 360° coastal views from the viewing platform. As you may be aware, fieldwork is an essential aspect of GCSE Geography. It is therefore a very important aspect of the course, and its successful completion has helped students to attain excellent academic results in the past.
