Easter vaccination clinic in Sudbury

Suffolk Community and School Age Immunisation (CSAIS) Team

The team will be at the Phoenix Centre, adjacent to the Academy, on 3rd April (as well as in other nearby towns on other dates) offering catchup vaccinations (e.g. HPV, Meningitis, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Polio, MMR) to students in year 8 or above, who may have missed out on vaccination clinics/sessions held at the Academy.
